Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime / ERP
  • Maintain purchase records, bills, and vendor payments
  • Prepare invoices, vouchers, and basic reports
  • Follow up with vendors for quotations and deliveries
  • Maintain stock and purchase documentation
  • Assist in GST entries and basic compliance
  • Coordinate with internal teams for purchase requirements

Skills & Requirements:

  • 1–2 years experience in accounting and purchase activities
  • Good working knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP
  • Must know Hindi or Marathi (mandatory)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of GST and MS Excel is preferred
  • Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
