Timings: 05:00 PM – 02:00 AM, Monday to Friday

Job Description

Icon Global (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant with strong expertise in QuickBooks Desktop and MS Excel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, coordinating with freight forwarders, and handling purchasing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and record all financial transactions in QuickBooks, including payment, purchase, and journal entries
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, vendor payments, and customer billing
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and support purchasing activities, including vendor coordination
• Assist in financial reporting, month-end closing, and ensure proper documentation and compliance
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or a similar role
• Relevant experience in accounting software, with QuickBooks (mandatory)
• Familiarity with Zoho Books or Odoo will also be preferred
• Good understanding of basic accounting concepts (journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, etc.)
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with vendors and freight forwarders
• Good command of MS Excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis
• High attention to detail and accuracy
