Urgent Hiring for "Accountant Executive"
Job Discription
Aptitude Migration is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial recordkeeping, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of accounting experience, strong analytical skills, and a good understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounting databases.
· Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
· Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
· Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
· Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
· Prepare financial reports, statements, and management reports.
· Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
· Support payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
· Coordinate with auditors and provide required documentation during audits.
· Monitor budgets and assist in cost-control initiatives.
· Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of financial information.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
· 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
· Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, ERP systems).
· Understanding of taxation, bookkeeping, and reconciliation processes.
· Excellent numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
· Experience in a consultancy, immigration, or professional services environment.
· Knowledge of budgeting and financial forecasting.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
· Professional accounting certifications will be an added advantage.
