Accountant – Farmhouse

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage the financial activities of a private farmhouse. This is a live-in role, and the selected candidate will be required to reside at the farmhouse and handle day-to-day accounts, expenses, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily bookkeeping and accounting records
• Handle petty cash, payments, and expense tracking
• Prepare monthly and periodic financial reports
• Monitor budgets and control costs related to farmhouse operations
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers for payments
• Maintain inventory records for farmhouse supplies and materials
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and integrity
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to live and work at the farmhouse (mandatory)
• Candidates currently in Qatar with transferable visa preferred
