Job Title: Accountant (Female Candidates Only)
Location: Panvel, Maharashtra
Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 Years

Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting functions including billing, cash flow, and bank reconciliation.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain and update ledger entries and financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage TDS, GST filings, and assist with statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with internal departments for budget tracking and financial clarity.
• Prepare and manage payroll records in coordination with the HR team.
• Liaise with external auditors during audits.
• Ensure accurate and timely closing of accounts.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, Excel, and other accounting software.
• Understanding of hospital billing processes and insurance claims (preferred).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical abilities.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender: Female candidates only
• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance (preferred)
• Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
