Accountant -Female (Tally)

Job description:

Experienced Accountant in Tally, Minimum 6 years(2/3 yrs in UAE)

Organize and maintain the company's accounting system to provide complete and accurate financial, operational information for internal & external stake holders.

Lead the accounting team and organize work to improve overall productivity of department.

Monitor compliance with the procedures of statutory auditor & maintain proper process as per Management expectations.

Provide financial analysis and guidance to management for decision making.

Manage quarterly and year end audit process and liaise with external auditors.

Knowledge of VAT & Corporate tax , adhere to requirements & process set by statuatory auditors.

Independently able to pass entries purchase, sales, receipt, payments, bank reconciliation and management reports.

Should be able to give reports as per the management requirement which includes stock, receivable and payable reports.

Responsible for documents management includes filing as per the standards.

Proficiency in Tally ERP & Microsoft Office

Responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative day to day operations of the company.

Tracking/updating of accounts receivable & follow up of customer payments.

Good communication skills

UAE VAT & Corporate Tax knowledge

Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Should be available to join immediately.
