Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounts
- Record and reconcile financial transactions related to immigration services
- Prepare and manage invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups for clients
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
- Manage petty cash, bank reconciliations, and vendor payments
- Assist with payroll and employee reimbursement calculations
- Generate monthly/quarterly financial reports for management review
- Support audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations specific to the immigration field
