Accountant - Fire Fighting Projects & Trading Co,

Qualification: Bachelor of Commerce,

Master of commerce or equivalent academic background

Location- Dubai & Sharjah

Candidate experience

1. Record of day to day financial transactions and the posting process.

2. Receivable/payable cycle management, tracking and reporting updates

with Balance sheet reports.

3. Accounts payable, Invoice, Payment issuance, Contracts checking & filling, monthly trial balance and cash flow forecast.

4. Purchase assistance of Fire and safety materials and handling petty cash.

5. Employees Payroll creation SIF file to the Bank for salary processing and VAT Filling,

6. Monitoring and Reconciliation of Bank accounts, Supplier account and Customers accounts.

7. SOA based on project progress, invoice submission & Collection of payments from customers through collection staff.

8. Coordination with warehouse inventory cost control.

9. Import and Export documentation, Coordination with shipping company & Coordination with technical team.
