Accountant for Automotive Workshop

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant for Automotive Workshop with strong expertise in QuickBooks Online to manage daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing incoming and outgoing transactions, and ensuring proper financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company accounts using QuickBooks Online
• Record and monitor all incoming and outgoing transactions
• Maintain and reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions
• Match bank transactions and perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statements, and financial reports
• Manage and update Chart of Accounts
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ensure proper categorization of expenses and income
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processes
• Prepare financial reports for management review
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
