Position: Accountant (for Canadian Clients)

Time: 05:00 PM to 02:00 AM (Monday to Friday)

Location: Thokar Niaz Baig, Multan Road, Lahore (onsite job)

Salary: 90k -120k (based on interview)

Key Responsibilities:

• Chart of Accounts Management – Maintain and manage charts of accounts across multiple accounting platforms with accuracy and consistency.
• Inventory Management – Oversee and update inventory records in QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Wave Accounting.
• Bank Reconciliation – Reconcile bank accounts in QuickBooks Online, Xero, and Wave to ensure error-free financial reporting.
• Accounts Receivable & Payable – Manage invoicing, payments, collections, and vendor accounts.

• Bookkeeping – Handle bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks, Xero, Wave, and FreshBooks to maintain accurate financial data.
• Statement Reconciliation – Reconcile bank and credit card statements to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Invoice & Billing – Prepare and issue invoices and bills in QuickBooks Online, Xero, and other relevant platforms.
• GST/HST Returns – Prepare and file GST/HST returns in compliance with Canadian tax laws.
• Canadian Payroll – Manage payroll processes, including T4 and T4A preparation, ensuring compliance with Canadian regulations.

Requirements:

• ACCA Qualified, Affiliate, or Part-Qualified (with at least 9 exams passed).
• 4 years of experience in the accounting field is required with minimum 1-2 years experience required of providing accounting services to international clients based in UK, US or Canada.
• Proficient in QuickBooks online and Xero.
• Familiar with GAAP, Sales Tax and Corporate Taxes.
• Expertise in Payroll, Bookkeeping, Monthly Closing, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable Management.

English Communication:

• Excellent English communication both Speaking and writing
• English should be at least 7 out of 10 overall (please don't apply if your English communication is not good)

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
