Roles and Responsibilities:
Preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statements, assets, liabilities statements and other financial reports.
Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing data/ financial information and understanding trends. (Monthly/ Quarterly basis or whenever required)
Making various entries in Tally
Maintaining accounts receivables and payables.
Creating GST invoices/ statements, payment of C/SGST. Tax filing and returns.
Calculations/ payment of monthly TDS
Coordinating with Chartered Accountants/ consultants on a continuous basis.
Banking related tasks such as opening accounts, paying monthly expenses such as utility bills, Credit Card bills, monthly bank reconciliation.
Preparing salary statements, professional tax statements, making the payments and maintaining payroll records.
Handling petty cash.

Staying up to date with new government rules and regulations with regards to taxes, finances, accounting etc.
