Accountant - UAE Exp-Garage and Spare Parts Experience- Arabic Only

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with a strong background in garage operations and spare parts accounting to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial transactions, inventory control, and cost management related to workshop and spare parts activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, invoicing, receipts, and payments.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and petty cash.
• Monitor spare parts inventory, costing, and stock reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.
• Track workshop job cards, material usage, and cost allocation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for payment and purchase reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and assist with VAT filing.
• Support annual audits and provide necessary documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of UAE experience in garage, automotive, and spare parts accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Good understanding of inventory and cost accounting.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Arabic Nationality Only

Location - Dubai

Salary - 2500AED to 3000AED.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
