Accountant Needed For Hospitality Industry
Country Location: Republic Of Nauru
Must be willing to relocate to Nauru
Immediate joiner preferred

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with a background in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in all financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and monthly financial reports.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense claims.
• Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and financial summaries.
• Monitor daily revenue, occupancy reports, and cost control for hospitality operations.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and external regulations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors when required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the hospitality industry (hotel/resort/restaurant).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Oracle, SAP, or hotel PMS systems).
