Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Prepare and finalize accounts, balance sheet, and profit & loss statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance (filing, payments, and returns).
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and vendor payments.
- Support payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
- Prepare MIS reports and assist management in financial decision-making.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting (minimum [X] years).
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP/Excel (knowledge of [specific software] is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance regulations.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
