Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage and oversee the daily accounting operations of our hospitality business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting within the restaurant or hospitality industry, with a solid understanding of financial management, cost control, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, profit and loss accounts, and balance sheets.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expense control to ensure financial stability.
• Handle payroll processing, tax filing, and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth financial operations.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely reporting of financial transactions.
• Support management with financial insights and recommendations for operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
