Accountant - International Baccalaureate (IB) School

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the accounts function for the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum school.
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise fee collections, vendor payments, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Implement internal controls and maintain accurate records.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities when required.
• Provide timely financial insights to school management for decision-making.

Requirements:

• Qualification: ICMA/ACCA (qualified or part-qualified).
• Experience: 4–6 years of relevant accounting/finance experience (preferably in education or service sector).
• Strong knowledge of financial management, compliance, and reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel essential).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High standards of integrity and accountability.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.
