Job Description

Incoco Style Ladies Beauty Salon is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accountant & Inventory Manager to join our team in Business Bay, Dubai.

This role is ideal for a professional with strong accounting and stock control experience who can support the salon’s daily financial operations and ensure accurate inventory oversight.

The successful candidate will start work at 9:00 AM each morning, taking responsibility for reviewing inventory, monitoring sales and expenses, and responding to customer enquiries during the morning hours before the full team arrives at noon.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales, expense, and cash flow tracking
• Record and reconcile all operational expenses and supplier payments
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for products, consumables, and salon equipment
• Track stock movement, usage, wastage, and reordering requirements
• Maintain records of all salon tools, machines, and equipment
• Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, expenses, and sales performance
• Coordinate with management on stock purchasing and cost control
• Assist with invoice management, petty cash, and bookkeeping
• Respond to customer WhatsApp and message enquiries between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM
• Support morning operational readiness before staff and management arrive
• Ensure all accounting and stock records are updated daily

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years UAE experience in accounting, inventory management, bookkeeping, or a related role
• Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Inventory Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous work experience in a salon, beauty centre, spa, or wellness business strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of expense management and stock control
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / accounting software
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers
• Own visa preferred
• English required; Arabic is an advantage
