ACCOUNTANT - Construction / Fit Out

Location: UAE

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle accounting for construction and fit out projects
• Prepare project cost reports and monitor budgets
• Track project expenses, material costs, and subcontractor payments
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare monthly financial statements and cash flow reports
• Manage VAT filing in compliance with UAE FTA regulations
• Perform bank reconciliations and payroll processing
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure effective cost control
• Assist with audit preparation and supporting documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years of UAE experience in the Construction / Fit Out industry
• Strong knowledge of project costing and job costing
• Familiarity with subcontractor agreements and payment certifications
• Experience with ERP/accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
