Job Title: Accountant

Job Description:

We are looking for a male Accountant with experience in invoicing, e-way bills, and Tally Prime to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing day-to-day accounting tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage sales & purchase invoices.
• Generate and manage E-way bills as per GST norms.
• Record daily accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ledgers.
• Assist in GST filing and other statutory compliances.
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.
• Support internal audits and monthly closing activities.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime.
• Knowledge of GST, E-way bills, and basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Education:

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
