Position: Assistant Accountant
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Assist in managing payroll processes.
- Enter financial data into accounting software systems.
- Process and verify business expenses.
- Reconcile account balances and rectify discrepancies.
- Verify bank deposits and financial transactions.
- Manage daily financial transactions.
- Handle operational tasks (outside work as required.)
- Record office expenditures and ensure spending aligns with budget guidelines.
Requirements:
- B.com Preferable
- Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Must be from Lahore
