Assistant Accountant

About the Role

We are a reputable and fast-growing organization seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in accounting and bookkeeping who are seeking long-term career growth within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and documentation.
• Record and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Assist in bank reconciliations, monthly closings, and reporting.
• Support financial statement preparation and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Perform data entry, invoice management, and expense tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience (preferred).
• Familiar with MS Excel, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
• Excellent numerical accuracy, organization, and time management skills.
• Must be based in Lahore and available for the night shift (in-office).
