MEDIAOREC (SMC-Pvt) Ltd is looking for two energetic professionals to join our sales and business development team.

Open Positions

1. Upsell Executive – Manage and grow relationships with existing clients.
2. Frontsell Executive – Bring in new clients and convert leads into projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Upsell or acquire clients for website design, logo design, digital branding, and SEO services
• Communicate with clients through calls, messages, and emails
• Handle inquiries and follow-ups in a professional manner
• Maintain client records and sales updates
• Identify new opportunities to cross-sell or upsell services
• Assist in preparing proposals and coordinating with the internal team
• Ensure excellent client experience and satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in a digital agency)
• Proven record of bringing new clients or growing existing accounts
• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and tech-savvy

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM tools or lead management systems
• Knowledge of Pakistan’s digital marketing industry
• Familiarity with professional client communication and proposal writing

Job Type: Full-Time (Remote or On-Site – Lahore)
