Business Development Executive

Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, pitching our digital marketing services (Web Development, SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Branding, etc.), and closing deals. You’ll play a key role in driving business growth and building long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to potential clients.
• Present and promote our digital marketing services effectively.
• Identify client needs and propose customized solutions.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Maintain CRM records of leads, prospects, and closed clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or business development (preferably in digital marketing).
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills (fluent English is a must).
• Strong understanding of online marketing services (Websites, SEO, PPC, etc.).
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Self-driven, confident, and result-oriented attitude.
