  • Prepare JV’s, Cash & Bank Payments and Receipts Vouchers and make sure completeness & accuracy of supporting documents
  • Assist & Prepare all bank related documents
  • Assist in payroll processing on a monthly basis & prepare vouchers & supporting documents
  • Check and prepare final settlements of outgoing employee as per company’s policy
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
  • Prepare payables & receivables party-wise reconciliations
  • Ensure all transactions are posted in ERP on a daily basis and reviewed by AM Accounts & Finance
  • Assist line supervisor and CFO with other task/assignments assigned
  • Maintain a daily petty cash book, make sure it is reconciled with cash ledger & cash in safe and submit summary to CFO on a daily basis.
  • Prepare & maintain Hard & Virtual fiscal files and records for all transactions
  • Make sure disbursement of auto payments on a monthly basis
  • Ensure on time adjustment of advances from relevant departments
  • Ensure Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annual & Annual Closing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
