Roles and Responsibilities

Contribute to developing accounting policies and procedures and supervising their implementation.

Participate in preparing accounting studies and reports and supervising their implementation.

Analyze accounting data and prepare financial reports.

Review of financial statements.

Develop accounting systems and provide the necessary information, details, and explanations for the required systems and programs.

Establish and maintain accounting systems and maintain records of financial transactions, contracts, purchases, and sales.

Preparing periodic accounting and financial closing entries (monthly – quarterly – annually).

Analyze discrepancies and deviations for stock items and propose corrective recommendations.

Review financial statements received from branches and ensure their compliance with approved accounting policies and procedures.

Ensure accounting team training and work on developing it.

Follow up on audit procedures, whether internal or external, and address observations.

Prepare financial statements and accounting reports for financial institutions and government centers when needed.

Provide periodic reports to the department manager.

Perform any other tasks assigned by the department manager

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field

Certain professional certificates in the field (preferred).

Practical experience of not less than 5 years in accounting management
