Accountant Manager – Construction Industry (UAE Experience Required)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Accountant Manager to join our team in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will have strong financial management skills, in-depth knowledge of construction accounting, and a proven record of leading accounting operations within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Prepare project cost reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and company policies.
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and cash flow management.
• Conduct financial analysis for construction projects.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
• Lead and supervise the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Monitor project budgets, cost control, and variations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA is a plus).
• Minimum 10 years of accounting experience in the UAE, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of project accounting, cost control, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in ERP/accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
