Job Title: Accountant – Manufacturing Industry

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Accountant with experience specifically in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with high-volume accounting operations, particularly in Tally Prime, and will be responsible for handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Recording and managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) entries in Tally Prime
• Handling a high volume of vendor bills and customer invoices
• Maintaining ledgers, vendor and customer accounts, and reconciliation statements
• Tracking and managing accounting for 10–12+ customers
• Supporting GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities
• Assisting in monthly closing, reporting, and documentation
• Preparing basic MIS reports using Microsoft Excel
• Mandatory Requirements
• Experience working only in a manufacturing company
• Exposure to companies with annual turnover above ₹80 Crores
• Hands-on experience in Tally Prime
• Strong experience in AP/AR handling with high transaction volume
• Good Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
• Preferred Qualifications
• B.Com or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance
• Exposure to SAP Business One (or willingness to learn internally)
• Not Eligible
• Candidates from service industry, real estate/builder firms, consulting firms, or CA offices
• Candidates without manufacturing industry experience
