Accountant – Multi-Company | Dubai | Full-Time

We are hiring a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the finances of our group of companies (including Zlowers Gifts Trading LLC and our delivery services business).

We are looking for someone sharp, reliable, and proactive — not someone who only waits for instructions. You will be responsible for keeping our accounts 100% accurate, ensuring compliance, and providing management with clear financial reports and advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Full accounting for multiple companies (general ledger, AR/AP, bank reconciliation)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports
• Manage VAT filing, tax compliance, and submissions on time
• Handle payroll, gratuity, and employee settlements
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and government inspections
• Work closely with management to control expenses, improve profitability, and forecast cash flow
• Coordinate with external auditors, suppliers, and government portals (MOHRE, FTA, etc.)
• Implement internal controls to prevent mistakes, fraud, and financial risks

Requirements

• Proven UAE accounting experience (minimum 3–5 years)
• Strong knowledge of VAT, UAE tax regulations, and compliance
• Proficiency with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar)
• Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting)
• Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic/Russian is a plus)
• Must be based in Dubai and available for full-time work
