Accountant & Office Manager

We are a fast-paced, innovative SaaS company seeking a dynamic Accountant & Office Manager to own the day-to-day financial operations and office administration of our business. This is a unique opportunity for someone who loves small business, has developed a broad skillset through hands-on experience working in smaller organizations, and thrives in problem-solving environments.

Responsibilities

  • Accounting: Perform all bookkeeping functions, including Payroll, A/R, and AP.
  • Financial reporting: Ensure financial reports and financial statements are prepared accurately and on time.
  • Budgeting: Assist in developing and monitoring the company's budget, working closely with the CEO to ensure it aligns with the company's goals.
  • Insurance and Banking relationships: work effectively with insurance vendors and banking representatives.
  • Cash flow management: Understand how much (and when) money is coming into the business and how much is going out on expenses.
  • Tax preparation: Coordinate preparation of annual tax return with external CPA.
  • Human resources Administrative lead for HR-related items, including recruiting, employee onboarding & offboarding, handbook maintenance, and benefits enrollment.
  • Administrative Support: Manage and provide comprehensive support for digital tools including Zoom, HubSpot, Slack and Adobe Sign.
  • Work closely with CEO on special projects.

Qualifications & Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business and/or Accounting
  • 5-7 years of business experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Quick learner
  • Good time management

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online
  • Microsoft Office and Google Suites
  • Knowledge of HubSpot a plus
  • Direct SaaS experience with a strong understanding of recurring revenue, customer lifecycle, and SaaS workflows

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
