Job Title: Accounts Officer – Real Estate Project
Location: Near DHA Phase 10, 2.5 Km Ferozpur Road, Opposite Hameed Latif Teaching Hospital, Sue-e-Asal Road, Lahore, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting records, including entries for receipts, payments, and expenses.
- Handle bookkeeping, ledgers, accounts payable, and receivable.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and summaries.
- Track member installments, payment schedules, and outstanding dues.
- Support budget tracking and expense monitoring for development and operational activities.
- Manage bank dealings, vouchers, and basic reconciliations.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal reviews.
- Assist with taxation-related documentation, including Income Tax and Withholding Tax.
- Coordinate with management for financial data and reporting needs.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, ACCA/CA Inter preferred).
- Experience:
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience (experience in real estate, construction, or housing societies will be a plus).
- Technical Skills:
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks).
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and Pakistan tax structure.
