Accountant (Onsite role)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with at least 5 years of professional accounting experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and international accounting regulations. Experience working with international clients and understanding global financial compliance requirements will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and maintenance of financial records.
• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and balance sheet accounts.
• Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Manage payroll processing and statutory deductions.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws, corporate regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Handle audits and coordinate with external auditors.
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance.
• Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
• Maintain compliance with international accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Assist in managing cross-border transactions and international financial reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, ACCA, CA, CPA, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting and finance experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, and taxation.
• Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) and international financial regulations.
• Familiarity with international business transactions, compliance requirements, and basic understanding of international commercial laws affecting finance and accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with international clients or multinational organizations.
• Knowledge of foreign currency transactions and international taxation.
• Experience in audit preparation and compliance management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
