About Elite Dash Technology:

Elite Dash is a high-growth automotive technology company in Dubai specialising in custom digital dashboards and ECU integrations. We serve a premium global audience of car enthusiasts and racing teams, and we are looking for a detail-orientated professional to manage our financial reporting, Odoo ERP system, and operational workflow.

The Role:

This is a dual-focus role. You will be responsible for the full accounting cycle and the daily administration of our Odoo system. You will act as the financial backbone of the company, ensuring that our technical projects, from global dealer orders to local custom builds, are documented, invoiced, and reported with 100% accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Handle day-to-day accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting.
• Odoo ERP Administration: Manage and maintain the Odoo system, ensuring all sales orders, inventory movements, and technical project costs are accurately logged.
• Inventory & Logistics: Oversee stock levels for E-10/E-12 hardware and accessories. Coordinate local collections at our Al Quoz workshop and international shipments.
• Dealer & Rewards Management: Administer the Elite Rewards ecosystem. You will be responsible for calculating and tracking "Elite Points" for our dealer network and ensuring the correct conversion to store credit.
• Executive Reporting: Provide the CEO with clear reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, and project margins.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 2–3 years of professional accounting experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Software: Advanced proficiency in Odoo ERP is mandatory.
• Ability to read diagrams
• Problem-solving skills
• Communication: Professional fluency in English; must be able to communicate effectively with international dealers and high-end clients
• Full-time in Dubai
