Accountant or Admin Assistant

Job Title: Service Advisor – Automotive
Location: Ras Al Khor 2, Dubai

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Accountant / Admin Assistant to join our automotive workshop team. This role is ideal for someone who can handle daily invoices, basic accounting tasks, and office coordination in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage invoices & quotations
  • Record daily expenses and payments
  • Follow up on customer payments when needed
  • Maintain organized financial and workshop records
  • Assist with basic accounting and admin tasks
  • Coordinate with service advisors and management

Requirements:

  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Experience with invoices, Excel, and office work
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Good communication skills
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus
