1. Accounts & Finance
- Maintain daily accounting entries (receivables, payables, petty cash)
- Prepare invoices, LPOs, delivery notes
- Follow up on customer payments and manage collections
- Handle supplier payments and reconciliations
- Bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking
- Assist in VAT filing and compliance (UAE regulations)
- Support audit requirements and documentation
2. Administration
- Manage office supplies, utilities, and vendor coordination
- Handle employee records, attendance, and basic HR coordination
- Coordinate visa, insurance, and documentation (if required)
- Maintain filing system (physical & digital)
- Support management with reports and documentation
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
