Accountant- Own Visa

We are hiring a Financial Accountant for our client in Al Ain on a 4-month contractual assignment. We are specifically looking for candidates with strong experience in Accounts Payable, VAT compliance, and financial reporting.

Position Details:
Location: Al Ain, UAE
Contract Duration: 4 Months
Salary: AED 6,000-7,000 per month
Visa: Candidate must hold a valid UAE residence visa (own visa mandatory)
Availability: Immediate joiners only
Industry: Automotive experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable cycle, including invoice verification, posting, and payments
• Perform GL entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities
• Prepare and review VAT returns, ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, and maintain proper documentation
• Maintain accurate financial records and support financial reporting requirements
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and schedules
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience in the UAE
• Strong hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and VAT filing
• Good understanding of UAE VAT laws and compliance requirements
• Experience in the automotive industry preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting systems
• Immediate availability and own visa required
