Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant with strong UAE experience in full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, VAT compliance, and job cost management. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and capable of independently managing branch-level accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounting cycle, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Prepare financial statements: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Reports
• Handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable operations
• Perform bank, GL, supplier, and customer reconciliations
• Ensure accurate and timely VAT filing in compliance with UAE FTA regulations
• Coordinate with auditors and support year-end audit processes
• Process vendor invoices, payment runs (cheques / EFT), and credit notes
• Conduct aging analysis and monitor collections
• Maintain intercompany reconciliations
• Assist in budgeting and cash flow forecasting
• Close job cards in the system and ensure accurate cost allocation
• Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receiving reports
• Support ERP/system entries and maintain financial data integrity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 5+ years UAE experience in accounting/finance
• Strong knowledge of IFRS standards
• Experience in VAT compliance & reporting
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Own Visa (Mandatory)
• Available to join immediately
