Accountant – Payable

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant- Payable to join our finance team in a fast-paced food distribution company.

If you have strong experience in invoice processing, supplier reconciliation, and ERP systems, this is a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic environment.

· Key responsibilities

• Process and record supplier invoices accurately and on time
• Perform 3-way matching (PO, Delivery notes, GRN Invoice)
• Prepare and execute payments (bank transfers, cheques)
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor credit terms and ensure timely payments
• Support month-end closing activities
• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams

· Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce / accounting
• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable
• Experience in FMCG / Trading / Distribution is preferred
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferable)
• Strong Excel skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work under pressure
• Available to join immediately
