Accountant (Pricing & Financial Analysis)

About the Role

We are currently hiring an experienced Accountant to support financial operations, pricing activities, and business decision-making within a leading organization in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in costing, budgeting, and financial analysis, along with the ability to collaborate closely with business and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review pricing for customer proposals in coordination with management
• Provide financial insights and support to Operations, Business Development, and Program Management teams
• Assist in day-to-day accounting activities and financial processes
• Prepare reports, financial data, and analysis for internal stakeholders
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Handle ad-hoc financial reports and tasks as required by management

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in Accounting / Finance
• Strong background in costing, budgeting, or financial analysis
• Experience working in project-based or commercial environments preferred
• Ability to support business teams with financial data and insights
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Preferred

• Experience in pricing, cost estimation, or proposal preparation
• Exposure to engineering, construction, or industrial sectors is a plus
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia
