Job Summary:

Techno Mechanical & Civil Engineering Pvt. Ltd., a leading industrial manufacturing firm, is seeking a skilled Quick Books Developer / Implementation Specialist to design, build, and optimize operational workflows within QuickBooks.

The candidate will collaborate closely with our internal Quick Books expert to develop customized solutions for Production, Store, Procurement, and other operational departments, ensuring seamless process integration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Quick Books workflows for Production, Store, and related business units.
• Develop and customize Quick Books modules according to company requirements.
• Map and automate operational processes to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with the internal QB expert and departmental teams to understand workflow requirements.
• Create system documentation, reports, and dashboards to support daily operations.
• Provide technical assistance in troubleshooting and optimizing Quick Books usage.
• Support management in identifying opportunities for process improvement and digital integration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Quick Books setup, customization, and workflow design.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of business process mapping and ERP-style implementation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and related data tools.
