Accountant (Real Estate)

We are looking for a professional and experienced Real Estate Accountant to join our team.

Salary Package: PKR 80,000 – 100,000 (depending on experience and skills)

Location: Montoro Homes near to Central Park Society Main Ferozpur Road Lahore

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting
• Strong experience in real estate accounting
• Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems
• Good knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and tax handling
• Strong command of MS Excel and accounting software
• Ability to manage accounts, ledgers, and financial records efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations
• Handle project-based real estate accounts
• Maintain financial records and prepare reports
• Monitor cash flow and transactions
• Coordinate with management for financial planning and analysis

• Attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Good communication and reporting skills
