Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate is hiring an experienced Accountant with strong real estate industry exposure. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in accounts receivable, collections, reconciliations, and real estate transactions, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with Qatar regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations).
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor collections for sales installments, rentals, and service charges.
• Record property sales, leasing, commissions, deposits, and ownership transfers.
• Handle rental and leasing contracts, renewals, and closures.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Use accounting systems such as SAP, QuickBooks, Tally, or similar.
• Coordinate with clients for payment follow-ups and settlements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in real estate accounting (AR/collections focus).
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and reconciliations.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory).
• Proficient in accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, Tally, etc.).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be currently in Qatar with a valid QID.
• Male candidates only.
