Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Banking Director to lead our digital banking operations in Doha. This role requires a visionary leader with deep expertise in fintech, digital transformation, and customer experience. You will oversee digital banking strategy, product development, and operational excellence, ensuring Weh Money Digital remains at the forefront of financial innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital banking strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee product development, customer experience, and digital service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with local and international banking regulations.
• Collaborate with technology, risk, and compliance teams to ensure secure and reliable platforms.
• Drive innovation by adopting emerging fintech technologies and practices.
• Monitor performance metrics and deliver insights to senior leadership.
• Build strong relationships with regulators, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in banking or fintech, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of digital banking platforms, mobile applications, and payment systems.
• Proven track record of delivering successful digital transformation projects.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
