Financial Services Director

Location: DIFC Qatar, Tower 5, 12th Floor, West Bay, Doha

Advance Finserv is currently appointing a Financial Services Director to oversee our strategic operations within the Qatar Financial Centre. This is a senior leadership mandate requiring an individual capable of navigating the complex regulatory landscape of West Bay’s financial district.

The Role and Expectations: As the Director, you will be the primary point of contact for our institutional clients, ensuring all financial products and advisory services meet the rigorous standards of the QFC. Your focus will be on capital market strategies, risk management, and the expansion of our investment portfolio across the GCC. We require a leader who can manage high-value assets while maintaining a hands-on approach to compliance and digital banking integration.

Professional Qualifications: We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 15 years in the financial services sector, including at least 6 years in a directorial or regional management capacity. An advanced degree (MBA, CFA, or CPA) is essential for this position. You must demonstrate a history of managing multi-million QAR portfolios and leading diverse teams of financial analysts.

Logistics: The monthly salary for this role is QAR 52,000. Preference will be given to professionals currently residing in Qatar with the necessary NOC for a smooth transition to Tower 5.
