Senior Financial Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Financial Manager to lead our financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions. This role is critical in driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting executive decision-making. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with business acumen and leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and internal controls
• Manage cash flow, investments, and risk assessment strategies
• Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance performance and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
• 8+ years of progressive experience in financial management or related roles
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
