Accountant – Receivables (Dammam, KSA)

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant – Receivables to manage the Accounts Receivable function, ensure timely collections, and maintain accurate customer accounts. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, experience in receivables management, and familiarity with accounting practices in KSA.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor customer accounts and outstanding receivables.
- Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Follow up on overdue payments and coordinate collection activities.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Record customer receipts and allocate payments against invoices.
- Prepare Accounts Receivable aging reports and collection status reports.
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth billing and collection processes.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and account reconciliations.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or General Accounting.
- Experience working in KSA is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and receivable processes.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in trading, manufacturing, logistics, or contracting industries.
- Knowledge of KSA VAT regulations and invoicing requirements.
- Professional accounting certification (SOCPA, ACCA, CMA, CPA) is an advantage.
- Native Hindi Speaker Preferred
