Accountant Receivable (B2B)

Job Description

Admiral Safety Consultants LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive with at least 2 years of experience handling B2B corporate clients. The role focuses on invoicing, collections, client follow-ups, and maintaining accurate financial records. The candidate should be comfortable coordinating with internal teams and visiting clients when required. A UAE driving license is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the accounts receivable cycle for B2B corporate clients

Prepare and issue invoices, statements, and ensure accurate billing

Follow up with clients to ensure timely payment collection

Track outstanding receivables and assist in preparing aging reports

Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve payment-related issues

Conduct client visits for payment follow-ups when required and document collections

Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation

Assist in preparing monthly AR reports and provide audit support

Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and company policies

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role

Basic knowledge of invoicing, collections, credit control, and VAT filing

UAE driving license preferred (personal car is a plus)

Working knowledge of ERP/accounting systems, preferably Zoho, and MS Excel

Good communication and follow-up skills

Ability to work independently and meet collection deadlines

UAE experience preferred

Experience with service-based or consulting companies

Strong organizational and time-management abilities
