ACCOUNTANT RECIEVABLES

Industry: Building Materials
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in AR operations, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage collections efficiently. Responsibilities

• Process customer invoices, credit memos, and statements accurately.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue payments.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly AR aging and collection reports.
• Reconcile revenue between front‑end and back‑end systems.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and handle escalations.
• Improve AR processes and support automation initiatives.
• Use data analytics tools to generate insightful financial reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of AR experience (Building Materials industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of AR processes and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Good communication and customer‑handling skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
