Job Description: Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping, and supporting informed financial decision-making. You will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our financial data while working in alignment with accounting principles and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks and Zoho Books.
  • Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and other financial transactions.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal accounting regulations.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decision-making.

Willingness and ability to work during U.S. business hours (7 PM – 4 AM PKST)

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–4 years of accounting experience.
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Zoho.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with other accounting software is a plus.
