Role Summary

We are hiring a Remote Accountant based at Infopark, Kochi, to support accounting and finance operations for a UAE-based group of companies in the B2B service sector. The role requires strong hands-on experience in UAE VAT, Corporate Tax support, receivables management, ERP usage, and client communication.

This position demands accuracy, ownership, and professional communication with UAE clients and internal stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Receivables

• End-to-end accounts receivable management
• Invoice creation, payment tracking, ageing analysis, and follow-ups
• Client statement preparation and reconciliation
• Regular coordination with UAE management on cash flow status

UAE VAT & Corporate Tax

• VAT data preparation, returns support, and compliance documentation
• Maintenance of VAT records and audit-ready files
• Support documentation for UAE Corporate Tax filings
• Coordination with tax consultants / auditors when required

ERP / CRM & MIS

• Daily accounting entries in ERP / Accounting / CRM systems (Zoho, Tally, or similar)
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents
• Prepare monthly MIS, revenue summaries, and expense reports

Project Accounts & Expense Control

• Project-wise expense tracking and calculation
• Allocation of costs to projects / clients
• Margin visibility and cost analysis support

Client Communication

• Professional communication with UAE clients via email and calls
• Payment follow-ups and clarification on invoices
• Coordination with internal teams for billing and documentation

Mandatory Requirements

• UAE B2B service-sector accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and working exposure to Corporate Tax
• Hands-on experience with ERP / CRM / accounting software
• Excellent English communication (written & spoken)
• Experience in client coordination and receivables follow-up
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Preferred Profile

• Experience with Business Setup, PRO, Consulting, or Professional Services companies
• Process-oriented, disciplined, and detail-focused
• Comfortable working with UAE time zones

Not Suitable For

• Freshers or junior-only profiles
• Product trading / manufacturing–only accounting backgrounds
• Candidates without UAE accounting exposure
