Accountant – Restaurant Industry (Local Transfer Only)

We are looking for an experienced Accountant with a strong background in the restaurant/F&B industry to join our team in Bahrain.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience in restaurants or hospitality
• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping
• Record sales, expenses, supplier invoices, and payments accurately
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
• Prepare monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports
• Monitor operational expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Process payroll, staff salaries, overtime, and related calculations
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance
• Coordinate with management regarding budgets, forecasts, and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with Bahrain labor, tax, and financial regulations
• Good knowledge of:
• Odoo Accounting System
• Restaurant POS systems
• Delivery platforms such as Jahez, Talabat, and Keeta
• Experience in:
• Daily accounting entries
• Sales reconciliation from POS and delivery platforms
• Supplier reconciliation
• Bank reconciliation
• VAT handling
• Payroll coordination
• Cost control and inventory monitoring
• Financial reporting
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience handling multi-branch operations is an advantage
• Immediate joining preferred

Eligibility:

• Local transfer only (candidate must be currently available in Bahrain)

Pay: BD250.000 - BD300.000 per month
